How It Works:

Fill out the form that pops up when you add to your cart with the minimum requirements. Once your order is confirmed, I will send an email to the address provided to collect your reference photo and any other necessary information. Once I have your reference photo, I can begin working on your drawing.

All drawings are hand-drawn and made-to-order. Please have your reference photo ready when you place your order, I will not be able to begin your drawing until I have the reference photo.

Please Note: Due to the handmade nature of these drawings, depending on current workload and size of drawings, they can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to be completed and shipped out to you.

Shipping Policy

  • All custom home drawings are securely packaged to ensure their protection during transit.

  • Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, i am no longer responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that may occur during transit. The shipping carrier assumes full responsibility for your package.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. I will provide any necessary documentation to assist with your claim.

Return Policy

  • Due to the personalized nature of custom home drawings, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once the work has begun.

  • In the unlikely event of a defect or error on my part, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. i will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

  • For any adjustments or corrections requested after completion, additional fees may apply.
